WHAT DOES "CLEAN AGGREGATE" MEAN?
WASHED TO REMOVE DUST & FINES
Clean aggregates have been washed to remove dust, fines and unwanted smaller particles.
This produces a cleaner aggregate and allows water to flow more effectively through the material.
IMPROVED DRAINAGE
Removing fines creates more space between the stones, helping water pass through the aggregate more effectively.
CLEANER APPEARANCE
Washing removes much of the dust and fine material, creating a cleaner and more attractive finished appearance.
