What Is MOT Type 1?
MOT Type 1 (803) is a high-performance sub-base aggregate designed to compact down to form a strong, stable base for a wide variety of construction, groundwork and landscaping projects.
With a graded size of 0–40mm, the combination of larger aggregate particles and finer material allows it to compact firmly, providing a dependable foundation before installing driveways, roads, patios and paving.
Available to Trade & Public customers, MOT Type 1 can be collected from Zigzag Quarry, Kingskerswell, with local delivery available throughout Devon.
